Thank you all for your ongoing support whilst we wait to hear if a further appeal presented by the owner has been accepted by the Tribunal.

If the Tribunal do accept the appeal, and they may, or may not, we will once again present our case to uphold the ACV nomination submitted by us and accepted by SODC.
