More about our Pop Up Pub
More about our Pop Up Pub

As you know the POP UP White Lion was on duty at the Whitchurch Hill fete on the 24th May.

We had a great time serving all the thirsty folk at the fete, and once again thankyou and a BIG round of applause to our Volunteers-

Julie Giles, Suzie and Elsie Shackell, and John Crompton.

Now a few more names to mention-BIG thanks to-

Simon Pritchard for his Bar, help with the Supplies and the awning.

Jon Hatt for the Straw bales.

Phil Mason for the price boards and helping with service

Chris Hurst (also Egg Throwing Champ) for help with the Putting Up- Taking Down and helping behind the bar

Ged O’Brien and Fiona O'Brien for help with the taking down

AND FINALLY- Peter Dragonetti for all his help and his trusty Land Rover and Trailer for getting all the stuff down there and away again.

And now for the Result

To run our campaign we hold a ‘Fighting Fund’

This pays for the Website, the domain name, the encryted Email service and protected data base, also any fees that crop up for maintaining the White Lion Crays Pond Community Interest Company we have registered.

It also pays for Leaflets, Leaflet drops and marketing such as the sign shown above.

We added a fantastic £874.91 to the fighting fund from the profits from the POP UP PUB.

We also contributed £165 to the Fete Committee funds.

Thank you all for supporting the Fete and

'The POP UP White Lion'
